Pregonda Consulting is a senior product and commercial advisory firm working at the intersection of regulated financial services, technical delivery and enterprise transformation.
Who we are
Pregonda Consulting was built to provide senior, hands-on support to organisations navigating complex product, commercial and regulatory challenges in payments and fintech. Our background spans enterprise management consulting, AI and process automation in banking, and several years inside an FCA-regulated Electronic Money Institution, where we led platform transformation, government-scale disbursement programmes and regulatory delivery.
We have also delivered a fintech asset management platform from zero to live for a private equity group, covering vendor selection, KYC/AML automation, investor portals and profit share waterfall logic.
Today we advise fintechs, card issuers, programme managers and payments platforms on product strategy, commercial positioning, pre-sales and complex programme delivery.
